Primula Cheese had been marketed in the UK since 1929, but rarely on television - until 2008 when they first approached Space City.
Initially we produced two humourous ads for them, each depicting someone being so distracted by the delight of eating Primula Cheese that they behave in increasingly irrational ways! The commercials were an immediate success, boosting sales by 27%.
The following year Primula Cheese decided they needed to reposition the brand in a younger, more upmarket bias and so returned to Space City. Another commercial - another success! So much so, Primula had to delay their planned second burst of media activity because the tube manufacturer couldn't cope with the extra demand..
